Today I am worried by our performance.
I am worried not because we get 3rd rank or we get less points.
Today's topic is we loose a lot of games

I want everyone to see number of win games and lose games of our club.
Our first medal win win and lose ratio 192/ 137
Our second medal 116/56
Our 3rd medal( gold) 260/64
Our 4th medal 105/48
Our 5 th medal 141/55
This was win/loose data of our medals winning games
Now today's game
Today's arena 131/112
After our first arena our win rate were continuously increasing but in this arena our win rate was nearly equal to our lose rate.
If this will continue then we would be able to win gold again
For this our club should take some serious steps.
I have 2 clear solution for us
We will accept all the multi club arena and we will select the day on which everyone will play and will result in easy gold ( it will prevent frustrated conditions and there will be no pressure on us)
2- Make awareness in all members
After 1 to 2 hours all the low rated players stop playing.
And if any low rated member of our club will play then he/she will definitely lose all the games and make long fire of opponents players.
