Personal Mentor

Hi guys, in an effort to make our team a stronger one, I am introducting a new system. Here is how it works:

People who volunteer will become mentors - I will post their names. The goal is to have two people, (mentor/student) play a game, then the mentor takes a day or two to analyze the game, and explain all the tactics and concepts that the student does not yet fully understand.

The goal is to have a 200-400 rating points difference between the players, ensuring that the student will learn some useful things, making him a better player. I'll be glad to help out anyone under 1450.

In return for this free service, the student will have to accept any mentoring challanges by lower rated players.

Hi guys - Im making a new rule. You can have only 1 mentoring game and 1 student game. That means - although I am being mentored by TKing, I am still available to mentor someone else.
