Petition to make notes the main option and it to show notes and chat instead of just chat

1) you can get notified for a note but not for a chat

2) notes are lot more secure (only Sas can mute in notes but coordinators can in chat)

3)many people don't know that you can go to Notes by clicking on the sidebar
