Yes, we can but we need more players first. Once we add teams we will already split our player base in half and we will need more players to add another time-control, so tell your friends

But then why not have chess.com relay a message to every member about it being new, and advertise how many already love playing with mentioning that because they new to it expect being possibly ganged up, but for them to go view some youtube on 4player to show them defense strategy and see how much fun it can be?

Being realistic about a fair additional minute to the game is not attempting to control anything. It's very sensible, especially what all this game entails, displays... And another minute allows you to adjust to such, and because its a very new game too.
I've never timed out in all the games that I've played on Four Way Chess. . .
Can we pick time control? Its kind of stresfull playing 1 min with 15 second delay. Can we have a 15|10, 3|2, 5|0, etc.? Just like regular time controls in regular chess.
