Playing Chess Downtown for lunch

Hi all! I live in Moon Twp but I work downtown Pittsburgh. Is anyone downtown during the day? I would like to find someone to play a game with at lunch time downtown.

I work in West Mifflin.  I will play a 10-minute on this site between 11:30 & 12 if you want.

I work Downtown and my lunch hour is usually free. Are you thinking of playing with the big set in Market Square, or something else?

Yes, I was thinking of Market Square.  I have my tournament set with me.  I cannot play today, but Thursday (Jul 25) I can.  My name is Gene.  Let me know if that works for you and a time to meet in Market Square.  Noon maybe?

On rainy days I would play a 10-min game on-line too!

Remember, Thursdays are Farmers Market days, so the square will be pretty crowded.

Yes, Market Square has a Farmers Market every Thursday during the summer. It's worth checking out.

Hey DevynDuffy, Would you be up for a game in Market Square this Friday? (Aug 2nd) perhaps at noon?  No worries either way.

ReplayFX will be at the Convention Center this weekend (classic video games and board games), so I'll be over there for lunch on Friday.

Ooo!  That sounds fun too.  My family plays a lot of board games and I have been a video game fan since pong.
