Hi. I'm not sure if you all know me but my name is Will Buck. I'm a very experienced admin. You can see a document with my experience by clicking here. I've been admin and Super Admin in clubs with over 2000 members. I've gone into multiple clubs and helped improve the quality of them. That's what I have been promoted to admin for, here. I am going to help you improve the quality of your club- and as your quality is improved, you will gain more members.
In this post I will be very honest and will point out some things that you must realise. Every piece of critisism in this post is thought out and is meant to construct your club. Also, posts like these take a very long time to make, and I do not always have lots of time. Please read this post all the way through. If you do not want to read this whole post, you can at least read the main takaways that I put at the end of this post, and the bold points . I would strongly encourage that the Super Admins read the whole post, though.
Introduction
In this first post, I will examine the very basics of your club and how they can be improved. In saying that, I mean that I will be criticising the fundamentals of your club- what every club needs. That includes the rules, private and public descriptions, and the elements of a news post. I will also be breaking down your forum system and I'll be making some other comments on some things I've noticed about your club. I will make posts like this at least once a week, but I will only make them as I see improvement in your club, because every week I will get more and more advanced in my posts. This post will be the basics; next post will be professionality, and so on. Last thing I will say before I get into the bulk of the post: improving your club will take work. I can tell you what to do, and I can do some of what I tell you to do, but in the end, I cannot do everything your club needs. Everyone in this HQ must help out or this club will not progress quickly.
Public Description
Every club needs a good public description. It's what a member sees before joining your club. I've made a document with my thoughts and edits on this description and how you could improve it and I've made these changes:
Hello there! Welcome to the Kings of 64. Feel at home, have fun, and join our activities. We always have a lot going on- tactics, vote chess, daily games, and more. I hope to see you all have a good time in this club, WELCOME TO ALL NEW and GREAT CHESS L❤️VERS

A beta club where you can suggest ideas for the club!
In my opinion, this could be improved upon even further, but according to my document software I made more than 50 edits while still keeping the same format. So that's my suggestion for your new public description. Whoever updates this will have to make the sizing and bolding different, but this is pretty much the best I could do for now.
Private Description
This one is going to be tougher to make, since I will need to make more changes to it and it'll have to be a lot simpler. I'll probably include that in next week's forum.
Forums and News
This club lacks an organised forum method. Today I saw a news post and a forum post that were the exact same. Most of your forums have hardly any comments on them, indicating that your members are not active in your club. Another thing I will say is that when you make a forum or news post you have to make it professional. Do not have lowercase in it, and do not use poor grammar, especally in the title. No one wants notifications that are with bad grammar and useless titles- that's what makes people not like your club and eventually leave. Here's some things I would change about your forums:
Unpin the forum "quiz". The title lacks professionality, and it is at the top of your forums list, so it's the first thing a new member examining your forums will see. I would suggest you make the title "How well do you Know @Samarthlohia?", and then you should unstick it since it's not an important thing that your new members need to see.
Delete Coach Bill's comments on his forum "Hello. Free YouTube videos and more!" and then lock the forum, as the forum is just a reference source.
Rename the forum "Register here" to "Register for the Kings of 64 League Here". I don't know where you are with your league but I would suggest you make a Google Form such as this one so that it's a lot more organised to know who wants to sign up. Back to the forum itself, you need to improve your professionality, as I've said before. I know I'm being a bit bold by criticising someone who's a Super Admin when I'm an admin, but all 3 of the SAs have to be more professional in your posts. I would change this forum's text from "here register for the kings of 64 league and mention if you want to become captain. We will divide you in the teams" to "Comment below if you would like to register for the Kings of 64 League. Mention if you wish to be a captain and manage a team."
Your rules should be a forum, not a news post. I would also change your rules a bit, which I will get into in another post.
I am willing to do the above couple of things I mentioned with the forums. I didn't cover as much as I would have hoped to in this post but it's taken an hour and it's getting a little late, so I will have to finish up.
Main Takeaways
You need to improve your professionality. Your posts are getting sent out to 1600 people. They do not want to get extra notifications and they do not want to get useless notifications. They do not want to read low quality forums and news posts.
Improve the organisation of your forums. I am willing to help with that.
Update your public description as I mentioned. Just copy and paste the one I made above and then make some small edits with the visuals of it.
Making and managing a club will oftentimes feel like it's more work than fun. It will take lots of work, so everyone in this HQ needs to share the work.
Final Thoughts
This post has taken more than an hour to make. I, being a brand new admin at this club, have put in more time than all of you combined into making your news and forum posts professional. I've consulted with other clubs in the past, and most of them needed to improve their professionality as their first step to becoming an elite club, which I do see that potential in this club.
Also, I will be very frustrated if I do not get many comments on this post. Please comment your thoughts on all of my bold points- or at least read them and apply them to yourself.
