If you know you are good at teaching, go ahead. If you aren't sure or know you're bad, don't. Rating doesn't show how well you teach, and you don't want to screw over beginners.

Rating does show your skills, I'm not omitting that. I'm just saying teaching abilities are a completely different thing.
