Question: Do you believe that the devil lives, and acts against you if you are a christian?

If you read Genesis you will know that God is talking to the serpent/Satan in this verse. The woman's seed is Christ the Son of Man, so if there is enmity between Christ and Satan then I do believe that there is enmity between us and Satan also. Because we follow Christ and Satan doesn't want us to.

So I think the answer is A.

I think the devil acts against you regardless of wether your a christian or not.
