I think that yes he does A but he still does against non-Christians.

Definitely A. Scripture tells us that he lives, and not only acts against believers, but against all humanity, all the time. Sad but true.

I know the answr is A. I agree with beefstick and also, who do u think is the one who tempts u to do evil? The only answer is the devil and his fallen angels

James 4:7 "Stand up against the devil and he will flee from you." And as far as James 1:14 goes, some translations read, "And each one is tempted by way of his own desires being led away and enticed." We certainly have desires, but they are not able to do anything by themselves. We sin because we are tempted (the devil's work?) and then we give in to that temptation (our own failure). If the problem was solely our desires, we would have no hope.

We are tempted by ourselves. The devil throws stuff at us the he knows we will temp ourselves with. I am not saying that the devil isn't actively trying to turn us. :)

Look in the first book of the bible, genesis. Who is it that tempts Eve?...Satan. He is actively trying to get us to do evil and separate us from god so that we will go to hell with him. And then he lies into our ears to tell us that God doesn't tell he truth to us etc. he did all of this to Eve when he got her to eat the fruit.
The devil does not need to tempt non-Christians as much because they sin more out of habit and do not always know what is right.
