Polyglot ??

Saw a reference to Polyglot on another post would like to know what it does & where to get it.  Probably some help on how to install as well

Whats the matter with scid? You can update it anyways - http://sourceforge.net/projects/scid/files/

Thanks for the info.  I didn't understand it was a seperate program.  At this time SCID is just fine

Are you using an opening book? You can use polyglot to make a good one from your database.

The above is from another post.  Is there a way to take a database of games & make them into an opening book ????
