I am thinking about Ng4 aimed at the central pawns. Black needs to keep White in the centre even at the cost of material. He can then bring reserves (Queen and both Rooks), while White Rooks will be sitting in the first rank.

Bf5, developing the last minor peice towards the center and controls the diagonal that both his queen and undeveloped bishop wants to go..
