The Rousseau Gambit (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 f5?!) is a personal favorite of mine. As White I like to play the Queen's Gambit -- I'm a d4 guy.

Please stop with the ?! it's kinda annoying. unless you analyze a game don't use them nor talk them as an opening.
Polish opening. Very good because not many people play it. If you play you are probably from poland. It's more meme than serious opening.

My new favorite opening is the Spanish or the Four Knights Spanish. They require some studying but are really fun to play if you know the plans.

My favourite opening is grunfeld defense because even though we sac a pawn we have activity as compensation and there is no center for white and pawns are weak

I am fully aware that I will likely never reach a very high rating, but I'm getting back into the swing of things now and I'm playing blitz instead of rapid so I can train my intuition.
