took a look at your game. First, I don't recommend Blitz chess. My favorite quote of Bobby Fischer is "Blitz chess kills your ideas". No titled player achieved their title by playing blitz chess. Only by long time controls. so, with that in mind, why not try some 30 0 games where you have time to think? you can get 45 45 and 90 30 in clubs here, see my YouTube and more link.
Ok, back to your game. Limit your blitz chess. Take this one as a need to start learning opening theory. 4. Ng5 is playable. Get a chess book or two, use databases. (See my Correspondence (Daily) Chess videos). Research your opening after you play a blitz game. In your game, you simply had trouble keeping your pieces safe.
