Practice test tournaments

I am got the idea recently thinking about if we make a practice tournament every month to test who has improved and who has not but  the problem is there a not many players  join the tournament is it a good idea  to make a tournament I wanted a review please let me know if you think it's a good idea or not

Bhai tournament vaise bhi itne sare hote rahte ha.

Abhi multiclub arena nahi ho rahe varna puri energy khich leta ha.

A hisaab 24th May ke baad se koi event me fir participate karna ha.

Idea is not bad but there is not use of this tournament because rating of every player is different and it is not necessary that those players who play in this tournament will also join our club matches or multi club arena.

I am thinking to make tournament everyday as there is ICA club 

These tournament will increase number of players actively playing in our club.

Maintain club is not easy task and in starting we will face some difficulty but after some time we will get perfect

So we will create our blitz tournament everyday at 9:10 PM
