I have a tournament coming up and I would like to prepare for this. Anybody want to be my training buddy or have any tips?

P.S. What exactly do you mean when you say Training buddy?Do training buddy gets the phone-numbers of the chirleaders you know?
I mean someone to help me get ready for the tournamnet, play games do preperation work....stuff like that.
