Print the board

Is there a way in SCID vs Mac to print a copy of the board position?

Dunno.

Search for a utility EPD2DIAG, which makes gifs from fen. Dunno if it works for mac, though.

I know this is a bit old but what version are you on? SCID vs PC 4.8 has a Board Screenshot under the Tools menu. SCID also had the feature so I'm sure the Mac verion has it too.

Thanks Martin, I'm using SCID vs Mac 4.8 and it does have the board screen shotm and that was what I asked about.  What I really needed was a shot of the PGN file, and the screen shot only gives the board.

Left-click the "Notation" tab, "File" menu, and you will see options to copy the PGN to clipboard as a .txt file and to save PGN as a local file.

Also look under the "Tools" menu for "Export Current Game" and there are several options.
