problem page - hear for you

hi, just thought id set this up, if anyone has any problems in any aspect of there life and would like a honest groups opinion please post here and we will do our best too help 😊

hello to all

problem! Ok, my family run mechanic garage wants me to leave. Reason, my wife suffers from a drain disease which we are awaiting a 2nd op for. After the op she should be cured for around 10 years.

we get no help from family to help look after my wife and its more to help look after our kid, when she's not well.

some days I have to ring in a day befor and say my wife is passing out, I need tomorro off to look after my son. To the response of ur a f*****g idiot too keep leaving us In mess.

this mess is nothing I couldn't not sort out if i was in there predicament. Ppl say they should understand and support us thru this stage.

we take a set wage and the more work we do the bigger bonus we get. Me taking 1-3 days off nw and again only effects that slightly but because they have to work harder they dnt want to do it.

its been goin on now for 2 years and are nearly at the end off this mess. But they have ordered me to leave and are making it hard for me.

what should I do? Stick it out because its a good job and I started it all up or leave because its causing too much trouble.

I can take time off with this job because its my business and I carnt get sacked or if I leave we will have to move out our house and live with my wife's mum until things are sorted and find a new Jo bb with a new start?
