If you get promoted please acknowledge said promotion by posting a note in this forum within a week of the promotion and of you get promoted to admin or super admin post what task you are going to in the job/task forum. The responsibility’s for each position are stated below.
Note: I understand that most people don’t have much time to dedicate to clubs. For those concerned about time, I’m asking for a minimum of five minutes a week. This should be enough time to complete all tasks for the week.
Super admin responsibilities: I need all super admin to pick a specific task to complete in the job/task forum and complete said task weekly. I also expect super admin to be active by posting and participating in forums and notes as well as suggesting changes to the club as you see them.
Admin responsibilities: I need all admin to pick a specific task to complete in the job/task forum and complete said task weekly. I also expect admin to be active by posting and participating in forums and notes as well as suggesting changes to the club as you see them.
Coordinator responsibilities: make or accept daily matches once a week or as needed and be active. If you can make a tournament that would also be very helpful.
