We all have things we can improve on. Some people act as though they have no room for improvement. They are wrong. Everyone does something every once in a while that the Bible says we shouldn't do. All of us. We must take the approach that we have work to do before God and not the angle that we are somehow prefect beings. If we do that progress is no longer possible.
Psalm 119:65-72: None Good Except GOD Alone.

Absolutely yes, Dan. Our walk to maturity is a constant all the days of our lives.
And when we do wrong, therein is The Grace Of GOD to us; always sufficient for the one who lives by faith in JESUS CHRIST our LORD, according to GOD.
But not all see as they believe they do, and blindly believe of themselves, which is tantamount to arrogance before GOD. Hence this post.
GOD Be With you.
There are many Christians professing to believe, yet who will blindly act contrary to CHRIST and The Word Of GOD.
They do not see what it is they do, and yet believe of themselves that they belong to CHRIST.
But they need to both see to understand; in that they perceive clearly that they know to understand and knowing Godly repentance when they stumble and sin before GOD along The Way.
They will quote many passages of Scripture to each other and to others in their attempting to show to others their need of The Grace Of GOD in The Truth Of JESUS CHRIST, and yet they openly, even blindly live themselves acting in contradiction to the very Scriptures they use and speak; showing of themselves that they do not understand The Sacred Writings and Way Of GOD in Truth.
In this, Romans 8:6-9, among many other passages of Scripture, is what they do not hear, in their words and deeds being according to the flesh, and showing themselves blind to what it is they do and deceiving others with them.
However, you are not in the flesh but In The SPIRIT, if indeed The SPIRIT Of GOD Dwells in you.
But if anyone does not have The SPIRIT Of CHRIST, he does not belong to HIM.
And if CHRIST Is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of Righteousness.
Romans 8:9-10
They do not perceive this Scripture to see that in their following the deeds of the flesh in what they do so easily, and without conscience in their fleshly deeds, they are not being led By The SPIRIT Of GOD.
And if not being led By The SPIRIT Of GOD, then The Word Of GOD declares CHRIST is not in them. And what is dead they keep alive, though it is dead.
And if CHRIST is not in them, then their spirit, that is, how they live thinking, knowing to understand, deciding and then to act; being the vital principle by which they are animated, is not, according to GOD and HIS Word to us in Romans 8:10, alive through Righteousness, and is not fulfilling as Paul states into verse 11.
...But if The SPIRIT Of HIM WHO Raised JESUS from the dead Dwells in you, HE WHO Raised CHRIST JESUS from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of HIS SPIRIT WHO Indwells you...
It is that they, in their fleshly state and because of their fleshly state (Romans 8:8) they do not understand that as they are, this is not applying to them, and it shows that it does not apply to them because of their spirit; how it is they walk thinking, speaking, doing, in all they live conducting themselves in The Name of a Christian, all the while living according to the flesh: living in disobedience to The Word and so in what is, before GOD, unbelief; being apart from repentance not allowing GOD, Through HIS SPIRIT, to Give Life to their mortal bodies. 1 Peter 2:7-8.
For the flesh sets it's desire against The SPIRIT, and The SPIRIT Against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please.
Galatians 5:17.
As Paul continues to write to Christians at Rome and also to all who profess The Name;
So then, Brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh - for if you are living according to the flesh, you must die...
Romans 8:12.
And being apart from repentance, that is, Godly repentance, which does indeed in us bring forth fruit in keeping with repentance which is shown that our spirit is being led By The HOLY SPIRIT, as they do not have this in them then they are of those who, in continuing to live according to the flesh, 'must die.'
And being apart from repentance, die they shall; knowing the second death through their being apart from repentance in this life and so their not being a partaker of The Grace Of GOD and accordingly, not receiving Forgiveness for their sins: because we are Saved By Grace by reason of faith.
It is not of ourselves, because flesh and blood cannot Inherit The Kingdom Of GOD.
What then?
Shall we sin because we are not under Law but under Grace?
May it never be!
Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in Righteousness.
Romans 6:15-16.
Those who live according to the flesh shun the Forbearance Of GOD where HE Passes Over sins for the Demonstration of HIS Righteousness, which in Judgement deferred HE Graciously Gives to any and all through their Saving faith in HIS SON JESUS CHRIST our LORD, in all our living.
And for those who lived only proving themselves as slaves of sin, they shall, on That Day; being a Day Terrible for the many yet Great for the few, stand in Judgement for their sin.
Hearing The Words,
"I Never Knew you; Depart from ME, you who practice lawlessness."
Their hypocrisy in their living as a Christian shall find them out on That Day, because of the many teachings and false teachers and false brethren which they followed and will find it will have refused them their Sanctification By The SPIRIT from being accomplished, because they did not know to live by faith in The Truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17.
Then they will understand their error.
As The Word Of GOD Tells us, not all have faith.
And the false teachings they chose to believe throughout their life and those whom they trusted and sought for their Spiritual guidance, being above that of trusting only in GOD and in HIS Word, they will find is what ultimately betrays them, but they themselves before GOD only have themselves to blame.
Say to the Righteous that it will go well with them, for they will eat the fruit of their actions.
Woe to the wicked!
It will go badly with him, for what he deserves will be done to him.
Isaiah 3:10-11.
For each one shall bear his own load.
Jeremiah 32:17-19.
They shall know it then, but at that time, for them, when Grace will have Culminated when their soul is required of them, and which one Day Culminates for all at The Revelation Of JESUS CHRIST, it will be too late for repentance.
Too late because they did not know to live as obedient children but instead still lived as being conformed to the former lusts in their ignorance, because of the ignorance which remained in them, because they will find in how they lived it was, before GOD, tantamount to unbelief.
They did not hear,
But like The Holy ONE WHO Called you, be Holy yourselves also in all behaviour; because It Is Written,
"You shall be Holy, for I AM Holy."
1 Peter 1:15
They did not truly hear,
Be imitators of me, just as I also am of CHRIST.
1 Corinthians 11:1
They did not hear to understand,
"They are not of this world, even as I AM not of this world.
"Sanctify them in The Truth; THY Word Is Truth.
"And as THOU Didst Send ME into the world, I Also have Sent them into the world.
John 17:16-18
They did not live so as to understand,
...; but if By The SPIRIT you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
For all who are being Led By The SPIRIT Of GOD, these are sons Of GOD...
Romans 8:13-14.
Those, whoever they are and whatever they will believe, both of themselves and of the teachings they choose to follow, who know to yet still still fight & argue; who will accuse without knowledge; that is, without first understanding all of the facts in any particular matter before giving their own judgement in any particular matter; and so being without Righteous judgement; who will uphold division, dissensions and strife, the deeds of the flesh which those who practice shall not, according to The Word Of GOD, Inherit The Kingdom Of GOD; who know to show partiality in judgement in their not knowing to understand Righteous judgement; who take sides when, in Righteous judgement, the only ONE we stand with is The LORD our GOD; and just as HIS Word makes clear to us all; being without partiality,
(Exodus 23:1-3 & v7, Deuteronomy 1:17, Deuteronomy 27:19, Romans 3:31, 2 Chronicles 19:6-7, Proverbs 18:5, Proverbs 24:23).
See Luke chapter 11 to see their error and rejection of Godly messengers and what it is and means before GOD, to see their guilt and with whom and with what they shall be charged with By HIM; that according to The LORD GOD they stand condemned along with the supposed experts in the Mosaic Law, who along with the scribes and the Pharisees also The LORD JESUS HIMSELF Spoke these words to them and in their hearing.
Their error is shown throughout this chapter.
Their own tongue is against them; and all those with Spiritual discernment who see them will shake their head.
Then all men will fear, and will declare The Work Of GOD.
It is to avoid such as these, who will in their own strength and wisdom refuse repentance, that you do not share their fate.
But Blessed are those who hear The Word Of GOD, and observe It.
Do this rather than as they do, which is, on their being shown their error according to The Word, that they will have a feeling of displeasure, refusing and mocking and accusing, because of their blindness and the arrogance which is in them, because they do not understand.
As The Scripture says, some, to be sure, are preaching CHRIST even from envy and strife, but some also from good will. They are doing so out of selfish ambition, rather than from pure motives. Philippians 1:15.
But even though they preach CHRIST in pretence and in it CHRIST is being preached by them, their spirit; their testimony is not that as it ought to be; as of JESUS CHRIST, but is of themselves and the flesh, and those who will follow their example as they themselves will conduct themselves, they cannot be well-pleasing to GOD and they shall One Day give account to HIM WHO Is to Judge the living and the dead.
The living, being those in whom CHRIST is being exalted in their body throughout the course of this life, approving the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until The Day Of CHRIST.
For we are not like many, corrupting The Word Of GOD, but as from sincerity, but as from GOD, we speak In CHRIST In The Sight Of GOD...
2 Corinthians 2:17.
If I am shown to be wrong according to The Word in anything I say, then I will repent.
And this is what all should do and is what those who are truly HIS; truly born again to a Living Hope through The Resurrection Of JESUS CHRIST shall do.
They will do this because they know humility before GOD, and through their humility they receive Grace. James 4:5-10.
That is, those who indeed have ears to hear and eyes to see, and care to understand so that they may truly serve GOD in Righteousness and Holiness Of The Truth; as all GOD'S children shall do.
A fool's mouth is his ruin and his lips are the snare of his soul.
Proverbs 18:7
The mind of the prudent acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.
A man's Gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men.
The first to plead his cause seems just, until another comes along and examines him.

Make straight The Way Of The LORD!

As a Christian, being unleavened; living in sincerity and truth according to GOD; growing in The Grace and Knowledge Of our LORD And SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.
2 Peter 3:14-18.
