The second one has a faster solution. After 1. Kf6, Kh6 is forced, followed by 2. Rg7, forcing Kh5 back, then Rg6 is stalemate.

In the third one, 2. Kb6 needs to be played instead of 2. Rb6+, which allows 2... Ka4. After 2. Kb6, Ka5 is forced resulting in 3. Rb6 stalemate.
