it is not checkmate however this is the wining move black is forced to move his king to h8 and now rh6#

The checkmating move is to move the Bishop anywhere on the b1-h7 diagonal between b1 and f5. This is a discovered check. The Bishop is no longer blocking the Rook. The g8 square is now covered. You don't have to worry about the Bishop being taken, because it is not the checking piece - the g-Rook is.
