Yes, that is a puzzling position. I recently posted some puzzles on my blog and I'll keep posting more. I might post some here too later if that's okay.

Still an illegal position. The black bishop can't get out to allow castling.

It's not illegal but it's very unlikely; the bishop and queen can both be captured and the g-pawn can promote to create a new Queen. The original position at least had a solution; I'm not sure if there is one here.

Oh wait. The e2 pawn isnts sopposed to be there. fixed. And sorry everyone. I just randomly made it up.

Hmm its not a draw, black is winning.
1...Nf3+ 2. Kg2 Qg4+ 3. Kh1 Qh3 followed by Qxh2 checkmate. Its not perpetual check, its even winning for black :)
