I would say Jar Jar, but then none of the story would have happened as he was the real mastermind behind Palpatine's plans, so I'll go with Rey.

or maybe savage oppress, he's just a maul ripoff

If the Mother Witch wasn't around Maul would have never came back.

I would say rey, or some other Disney garbage character but that isn't real star wars, so my answer probably has to be Mother Talzan, she just ruins every episode she is in...
