No, they don't. Only OTB titles
Questions about titles

Arena titles are a thing, but I wouldn't call them "real" titles. I looked at how to get them and it's insanely easy if you play enough games.

@MasterMatthew52 It wasn't that easy 5 years ago when the company Premium Chess was running the FIDE Online Arena. You had to download a program which you logged in to and play against people with or without titles. The ACE(Anti-Cheating Software) in that program was used to prevent anyone from cheating along with rules used to obtain a title. Something like when you got to a certain rating that could get you a title you had to play a set number of won games to get that title. I believe it was roughly 50 Rapid at set rating, or 100 Blitz, or 150 Bullet. The new company that is running it now World Chess which is not nearly as good. Seems they just give titles out and no way they are stopping anyone from cheating in my opinion.

What does it mean to be a Candidate Master? What does it mean to be a FIDE Master? What does it mean to be a National Master? What does it mean to be an International Master? What does it mean to be a Grandmaster? I would like to someday achieve at least one of the lower titles.
