What's the recommended time-control ?
You say all games have to be finished within 90 days of start date to be taken into account, but it brings 2 problems :
- in a regular 3 days/move game, that's 15 moves (a bit short), in a 1 day/move game that would be 45 moves (still not enough to play some endings...)
- players could use vacation to escape a loss...
Hi kokino, I've got 2 questions here...
1.so all the groups registed so far, are they permenently registed and can't be taken back???
2. once the match starts, how long is one move to be played? 3 days? or must you play the whole game in one day at a certain time? I'm as confused as hicetnunc about this one..

1.If one group wants to be removed the admins of that group should contact me asap (once the tournament starts no one should withdraw)

First question....: Correct! (this is a Chess.com restriction that they included because there were people cheating, joining for their secondary groups because they wanted the first to win the match)
Second question...: this question has been really common in the TM LEAGUE and I will repeat the same. This is not the World League so you are not representing an specific country but simply your group (-s) so there is no problem at all to join both team matches...

The groups admins included in this group will receive all the relevant info. (I will send messages to them)
will both contacts get the messages?
If they have joined the TM CHAMPIONSHIP group, both will receive it.

My question, I'm part of quite a few of the groups, but I want to just play for Checkmate! as I'm a Super Admin, can I play against other groups that I'm in, this is enhancing on Kepler's question?

No, you cannot play against groups you are in due to a chess.com restricition (to avoid cheating they suprimed this option)
