You can resign. If you read the rules here on chess.com about resigning, it will tell you when it is not okay to resign.

I know I was just referring to the fact I was in a losing position

also I had 8 seconds left when I won so I was performing that last minute comeback in 5 seconds

So you want to know how to prevent that next time?

sure I'm trying to rebuild my ratings in bullet and blitz rn since my rapids stablized 

problem is its hard for me to do these kinds of comebacks within 5 seconds and dealing with 3 and one minute games
