yep
Quintuple check
I discovered this really cool thing, you can do a QUINTUPLE CHECK using Fairy chess pieces,
In this position Wazir e7 is checkmate because then the king will get a check from the wazir, from the xiangqi horse, from the dragon bishop, from the grasshopper and from the bishop, and each piece checking the king counts as a loss of 1 check live
That is why I avoid making N-check variants, it seems too easy to make the game a forced win if it is implemented in the way that the royal piece loses multiple lives if you can give multiple check with one move.

Yes, each piece checking the king count as the loss of 1 check live, if you dont believe me then try it by yourself, this means that a double check takes 2 checks lives, a triple check takes 3 check lives and you got the idea

I’d prefer for them to be, because a multiple check is one move and it makes the rule less skewed. But they are counted for each piece which gives check on that move.
