Random Duck Chess question

Is it a draw if one player only has a king and the other player loses one time? In regular chess that would obviously be a draw due to insufficient material, but in duck chess technically the player with just the king could still win if the opposing player moved his king to the wrong square.

As @MrXX2018 stated, on variants server a loss on time is always a loss disregarding the material on the board. Hope that answers your question happy.png
