Here's a live game from May of this year that I finally got around to analyzing.  The time control was 10 minutes with 5 seconds per move. 

Hmm, I had other comments that I written in during the game that somehow got lost.  The critical mistake was 25.Rd7??, where White intends to attack two pieces at once (my Bishop with his Rook and my Queen with his Bishop), but he overlooked that I can simply move Qc6 and threaten mate and also attack his Rook, thereby forcing the exchange.
