Bad reputation in terms of what you do. If you do something really bad (E.g. toxicity to other members), than that is bad reputation. Getting hate from other people unnecessarily doesn't mean you have a bad reputation. Annoying could be a thing but that can be easily fixed with the right attitude.
Super admins should be given only to people you trust and that you know can run the club in your absence or any other situation really lol

If you have contributed a decent amount to this club, inviting friends or just playing tons of daily events, you will be given the rank for a coordinator. You can be a titled player or an admin to have this rank.
Admins are then given to those that have contributed massively in everything. Not only that, they must have a good reputation.
Super admins will never be given because, I don't think there is a reason for that. But all of the other ranks will be given based on your contributions.
