Rate my chess variant idea

I know this club is pretty much dead but I will try to see if someone replies

this is the initial position of the variant:

And there are the pieces:

King: the king on this variant moves the same as regular chess but it can also move 2 squares vertically or horizontally (without capturing, can’t jump over pieces)

Pawn: the pawns on this variant are a lot strong than the pawns in regular chess, they move the same as regular chess but they also can always move 2 squares forward, they can capture 1 square straight forward and they can move 1 square horizontally (move only)

Ship: a Rook with different name and appearance
Elephant: moves and captures like a bishop but it cant move or capture 1 square diagonally, it can also move 1 square vertically or horizontally and then 2 squares diagonally on that same direction (move only, can’t jump over pieces)
Carriage: Wazir + Xiangqi Horse
Warrior: moves like a Camel but it also can jump 3 squares vertically or horizontally (can’t move or jump 1 or 2 squares horizontally or vertically) captures the same way as it moves
Rhino: Wazir + Bishop + Knight
Bull: Rook + Knight + Ferz
Actress: combines Queen, Xiangqi Horse and the Camel version of the Xiangqi Horse (the Camel version of the Xiangqi Horse moves 2 squares vertically or horizontally and then 1 square diagonally)

Pawn Promotion: Pawns promote to Ship, Elephant, Carriage, Warrior and Emperor on the 12th Rank (for white) and 1st Rank (for Black)

The Emperor Combines King, Knight and Alibaba

Stalemate: Stalemated player loses

Threefold Repetition: the player who started the repetition loses

Castling: on this variant castling just makes the king and the ship switch places (literally), the conditions for castling are:

1: the ship must not be under attack

2: the ship must not have moved before

3: the king must not have moved before

4: there’s must be no pieces between the king and the ship

Bull: 9

Rhino: 8

Emperor: 7

Ship: 5

Elephant, Warrior and Carriage: 3

Pawn: 1

otherwise it looks fun

I agree, its not way too much stronger than a queen on the opening but it gets a massive value on the middle game and endgame
