you like swarms? i don't know about this one, prob 8/10 because you have a lot of swarms. I'm not an expert in these type of decks

Swarms are needed to fuel up the skeleton king.
Also what is better: Minions, Mega Minion, or Bats in this deck?

Oh boi do I hate Giant GY.
The deck looks very meta, but I do have one suggestion; if you have Archer Queen, I recommend you use it over Witch. Even though Witch only contributes more to the swarm factor, Archer Queen provides way more semi-defensive/offensive pressure because she is just much better than Witch. Other than that, looks good!

Im nub but I think minions is fine
also yeah lol, skeleton king is alr in the deck
could be easy to get hard countered imo

It's easy to get hard countered, but it's a very viable deck (which is why a variation of this deck was used by the #1 player last season) :0

One obvious counter is E-giant mother witch.
It's extremely meta right now.
It's quite hard to defend e-giant with infinite swarm, and it's quite annoying that mother witch spawns infinite pixgs

Okay well what would you suggest I change to get a better meta Giant GY deck? Also yes I know that I am not level 14 so I can't play Skeleton King but I can just use Dark Prince

To be honest, I think you should stick to Lava Hound. If you want though, I recommend you try out some of these variations of Giant GY in classic challenges and see what's best for you!
