What were time controls?

Very nice. I appreciate your attack-first approach. I have a tendency to play passively, which leads me to overlook many possible attacks. 

I notice on 4. Bd4 you do not take the free pawn. Instead you protect your pawn and then push the pawn to kick out the knight. Is this theory / a line, or did you think of this yourself in the game? This is something I may very well like to try as I find myself in this position often, but usually just take the pawn or protect it

Move 4 and move 5 could of had e5 played to strong effect, but other than that, the game went really well for you and the checkmate attack was great. It was a really strong 5 min. blitz game. I'd probably give this game like 9/10 because it was really good

Yes very good game, almost a Greek Gift. Enjoy these they don't come very often
