Rating ranges are really needed

You can now set your rating range in the settings, use wisely haha.

Is this range universal for FFA and Teams? Or are there 2 separate ones?

Universal although if you partner with someone this is ignored. In very dire circumstances it may lax your range a bit to avoid other players with less stringent ranges from waiting too long.
