...and after making my move on the board the right hand panel looks like this - 

null

Is it supposed to look this way?

I would hazard a guess that the top set of buttons is for the draw accept/reject, and the bottom set is for the move confirmation?

Does look confusing though :/

I would not believe there is a 'confirmation' button anywhere.  v3 Developers have shown a penchant for not putting in 'confirmation' code in any of the major decisions formerly afforded to v2 players.

But who wants to hazard a guess and choose poorly?

v3 does not permit users the option of 'confirmation' in many cases.

I agree, it would be handy to have a confirmation button, in case one accidentally clicks it.
