Registration for fide tournaments in UAE

Hello, I have a question here, I have played in a tournament in India but i have trouble to register for tournaments in UAE, may I know where I can find the flyer and the registration link?

Currently there is an upcoming tournament in Al Ain I also would like to know the steps to proceed for attending the tournament (such as where could i find the link, flyer and details for it) which is next week.
