I found this smart cheater through someone’s forums where they showed a win against a 2100. 

If not stopped soon, they will probably managed to play even 1000 games!

the only reason he hasn’t been caught is because he’s thrown a few games deliberately

I don't think he is cheating

At least from a quick view

In the game, he played very well but not outside of 2160 level

I don't know what it is like up there as a low 1600 but he looks like he have just played a nice game

The other games he has ultra high accuracy (92+) are all quick games.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I'm rated as a higher accuracy against lower rated people.

i get you point , he was playing against a cm and he won, and he played like a 3050

I mean doing that is fine but i was just looking at the accuracies and nothing else. tunnel vision from me!
