I am fairly new to playing the English opening and to studying chess in general. I've been playing the setup below, but have had mixed success. Black is often able to trap my dark Bishop or limit my Rook on a2. Are there ways of avoiding these problems, or is that simply a weakness of the position? What would you all recommend? Thanks!
