All square numbered lights(1, 4, 9, ...). This is no riddle! (Meaning the answer is infinity)
The number of times a light will be pulled depends on the number or factors it has. To be on after the switching, it has to have been switched and odd number of times, thus making the number have an odd number or factors. The set of these numbers is the square numbers.
