If black played Qg5, the white one would be practically without defense, Bh3+ with B@g2+ checkmate.
After best B@g3 B@h3+ Kg1 Bxd1 is idea N@e2+ with mate. But black play Nh4+ Kg1 p@e2 Qe1 B@h6 p@g2 Qd5 B@e4, ... on second board.
