I looked at the match between Carpathain Brigade and Artistas de Portugal, and it is set for 1 simultaneous game. The rules specify 2 simultaneous games so that teams may finish the match within the prescribed 3 month period.
It would be a good idea to cancel the match and re-issue the challenge with games=2. The result of a games=1 match will be accepted, but games not finished on time will not count towards the league standings.

It seems Kokino is still the super-admin of Chess & Chicks and there are no other admins, so that may be why there is a delay.

I have already accepted the challenge from Artistas de Portugal... (deadline will be 12/09 but it is ok for us to accept it now)

It should have been 2 games at a time, but now that it's started there isn't really any fair way to go back. We'll just have to hope that the deadline to finish both games doesn't become an issue.
