A Tortoiseshell she cat slinks out of some bushes, tasting the air “hello?”

Archie: *hears fern* who's there?

“Fern.” Fern steps toward Archie so he can see her

Archie: hello im archie

Fern dips her head. “hello.” Then she scents a mouse and starts stalking it.

what are you doing?

“Shhhh.” Fern catches her prey and starts eating it. “Hunting.”
