Why is there a new owner???
bc I don't wanna be owner and alex was too lax on the rules, now I might need a new owner cuz isek is too strict on them, I want someone in the middle... someone who cares abt the rules but won't treaten ppl with a mute/kick/ban for saying something bad abt them (1st amendment mostly applies here)

charles is owner in the PM but bc he isn't online much in the AM I'm charge then, so there's at least 1 person in charge at all times, so when charles is offline I'm in charge, and when both of us are offline alex is in charge (and if all of us are offline the other sa's who are online are in charge. this is the hierarchy)

Rule #1 don't be overly racist1st time=mute 12 hrs-18 2nd time=kick with ban if rejoin
Rule#2 No banning or muting without one of the coowner's permission= demotion if breaks another rule= kick and ban.
#3 don't abuse your powers admin and SA, if you feel like someone needs to be muted, banned, demoted, etc. just send one of the coowners (uair, imtrash(alex), or wolfe) a message containing why that should happen and what should happen. you will get demoted if you abuse
#4: reverse vegas rule: no bringing other clubs problems into my club, basically backwards vegas rule (what happens in vegas stays in vegas, opposed= what happens in other clubs stays in that club, and won't be a discussion in my club.)=idk yet haven't decided, maybe a temp mute... like 5 mins... idk yet, if they continue then longer mute (an hour) Also don't bring problems with members into the club if they didn't start there
