ARTICLE 1: General Discussions

SECTION 1:Verbal abuse

Members must refrain from indulging in pornographic, vulgar and offensive conversations; such as derogatory themes. Perpetrators will be given a warning upon the first offense. If the Perpetrators continue to behave inappropriately, a second warning is enforced. Upon the third offence, a 24 hour mute is subjected and further offences will be dealt with permannent removal from the club. This rule applies to even admins and super admins. Deviations from Article 1 , Section 1 are only permitted to Super admins and under extremely explicit or racially motivated speeches.

SECTION 2: Spamming

Spamming in forum threads, responses to announcements, in chat, notes, or any other form of club communication is prohibited. Perpetrators will be given a warning upon the first offence. If the perpatrator continues to behave inappropriately, a second warning is enforced. Upon the third offence, a 24 hour mute is subjected and further offences will be dealt with permannent removal from the club. This rule applies to even admins and super admins. Deviations to this section is only granted to Super admins on the basis of how much disturbance the spams are initiating, this only applies in serious cases.

 

 SECTION 3: Advertisements

Advertisements without the explicit consent of the owner of this club will is not allowed. Perpatrators will be given a warning upon the first offence. If the Perpetrators continues to behave innapropriately, a second warning is enforced. Upon the third offence, a 24 hour mute is subjected and further offences will be dealt with permannent removal from the club. This rule applies to even admins and super admins. Deviations are ony permitted on the severity of the advertisements; this involves the content of the advertisement and its inappropriate characteristics.  Deviations are permitted to both admins and super admins.

 

ARTICLE 2 : Club events

SECTION 1: Daily chess matches

Please do not join Daily chess matches if you are aware that playing Daily chess matches is not possible for your schedule. We do not want to lose matches constantly because of time running out. This will leave out a bad reputation for our club. If we believe that you are constantly causing us loses, we have the right to prevent you from taking part in these events.

SECTION 2: Vote chess

No purposely voting for bad moves in the VC.  You shouldn't be voting without suggesting it. This will leave out a bad reputation for our club. If we believe that you are constantly causing us loses, we have the right to prevent you from taking part in these events. If you believe that a certain move is not to be voted, please explain. Any insults will be persecuted under ARTICLE 1, SECTION 1.

SECTION 3: Tournaments & Challenges

Live tournaments require the permission of the owner. If your club wants a challenge with us, feel free to do so. If you have any queries regarding challenges please contact (owner).

SECTION 4: Coordinators

Coordinators are to be making club events regularly. In the incident, they fail to do this. Demotion is the consequence. The only deviation here is by the interference of the owner.

  

ARTICLE 3: Super admins and admins

This article involves around the rules enforced on staff (excluding coordinators) and the consequences of breaking these rules. Note: Coordinators are discussed in article 2.

SECTION 1: Rules and regulations on staff

Part I : Muting & banning members

Members are to be only muted or banned on the violations of the previous articles. However, in instances where members are muted or banned without sufficent reason, staff will be instantly demoted. Incases of accidental muting, the staff member is given only one and final warning. Accidental banning is a permanent demotion. Note: demotion can only be revoked upon the agreement of ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS or the action of the owner- no deviations are permitted here.

Part II :  Censorship of notes

Admin abuse is taken seriously in this club. Notes are to be only deleted if they violate any of the listed articles. In the instance of deleting a note that does not fit the above criteria, only one and final warning is provided to the staff. Upon the second censorship (given the note does not fit the criteria), the staff is demoted. Note: demotion can only be revoked upon the agreement of ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS or the action of the owner - no deviations are permitted here.

PART III : Begging for positions of power

Begging for positions is not permitted and will be considered spam. You will not be promoted on the basis of this under any circumstance. Any offensive language will be dealed with under Article 1 , Section 1.
