I agree. Excellent @eg5309

@Qqert098: The team matches of this competition are not duel of one man per team. If the admins of your opponent team keep the same behaviour and your match will begin with only one player per team, or less than four players [note that your opponent had filled its roster with 4 players in the previous round], then you will have the right to claim a win and so, by this way, your team will advance to the next round.
As admin of Cyberpunk I agree with everything in general. I have doubts about having the same amount of players as before, because that could be difficult sometimes. A good alternative is what @Qqert098 propose:
"On the other hand, to avoid more inconveniences in the future, we believe it is convenient to propose/suggest that from the next round there be a minimum number of players per club (it could be 4 or 5)."
Statistics:
Teams: players in previous match, who played - players in current match, who joined, so far (Oct 30)
Club de Ajedrez Siete Picos : 3 - 8
Team Gandalf : 5 - 5
Argentina Chess Club : 24 - 32
Chotoviny Champions : 4 - 1
@Qqert09: Your claim is valid. The match is counted a won by your team, which is promoted to the next round.
It is common sense that to fill the roster with just one member and lock it is bad sportsmanship. This is a teams cup.
@Steinway-2009: As one of the s/admins of the organizing team ICC, i made this forum, which automatically informs every member-admin of the participating team about the rule, which was to enter into force before the start of the game, and i posted a relevant link about the rules into the notes of your match calling everyone to read them. However, although you, or someone else s/admin or admin of your team, meanwhile, till the start of the game, could write your comments and mainly could follow this rule, you didn`t do anything. As you can see, you just had to fill the roster of your team with the same number of 4 players, with which you had filled it in the previous round. It was so simple, but you didn`t do it. The team matches of this competition are not duel of one man per team.

The duels will be armed according to the number of members of each club, from the largest to the smallest.
Guys, this is league rules.
"* Players per Club: 1+." I interpret this as "one plus": more than one.
Please the admins @eg5309, @AugustoMacri, @Jr1801 and @Gandalf of the following teams Murphy Chess Club, Argentina Chess Club, Club de Ajedrez Siete Picos and Team Gandalf to vote, if they agree the rule of the minimum required number of players from the "1+" and "each team must fill its roster with, at least, the same number of players, that it had filled in the previous round" to be changed to the simple "5+" (minimum 5 players) for the rest Semi Final and Final matches of the tournament ICC 2022 U-1500, as it had been suggested in the previous comments.
Note that the pairings of the upcoming Semi Finals are as following: Murphy Chess Club - Argentina Chess Club and Club de Ajedrez Siete Picos - Team Gandalf.
Fine , i have already changed the above rule and have set the rule of "min. 5 players". So, we can go on the next round of the Semifinals of the tournament ICC 2022 U-1500 tournament.
I remind you that the pairings are as following:
Club de Ajedrez Siete Picos - Team Gandalf
Murphy Chess Club - Argentina Chess Club
Start date: Mar 1, 2023
[The challenge must be sent by any team and be accepted by the other team
from Feb 4, 2023 - Feb 25, 2023].
(see more details about them here: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/fixtures-and-results comments #2 and #4).
Please the above teams send/accept your challenges for the matches of the Semifinals (Mar 1, 2023) and post here the relevant links.
Note that Chess.com, due to a bug, does not send notifications to the team members about the start of a match with rating limits (e.g. <1600, or <1500, or <1300), and so only a few team members join it. For this reason, the admin of each team must send to their members an announcement about the start of the match, which will open, inviting them to join it.

It is common knowledge that the matches of the competition "International Clubs Cup" began without written rules, but with the belief that the admin of each team would follow the generally accepted rules of fair conduct of the matches.
The purpose of this competition is that the participating teams should participate with as many players as possible and, in any case, the admin of each team should not exclude the participation of their members, who would like to participate, by locking his team before the start of the competition. There is big difference in the number of members between the participating teams and for this reason a minimum required number of players for the roster of each team was not set.
However, each team must fill its roster with, at least, the same number of players, that it had filled in the previous round.
Otherwise, i.e. if the admin of a team has locked his team and it does not have, at least, the same number of players, as it had in the previous round, then the opponent team will have the right to claim a win and to be promoted to the next round.
