Final Rules List for ICL Vote chess 2011

1) Golden Rule --> all the below mentioned rules will be strictly followed..Any Rules breakage will Prove the match point directly to opponent.

2)This Rule list has to be copy pasted in ur respective state team forums

3)We will be playing 4 rounds so all the time in the world we have got..time gap between the rounds will be 2 months at max, if all the matches will get complete before that..Next round will start immediately.

4)All the Games should begin with name
ICL 2011:Round no,Teamx vs Teamy
Teamx will be in white and is responsible for issuing the challenge to Teamy

5)Time limit will be 2 days

6)No offensive comments will be posted on public comments section after and before the games.
---------------------------------------------------------------
7)One player on team rule--> Every player will be just playing for one team.Its hard to track but trust me if i get the player playing for more than 1 team then the number of teams he is representing will be under trouble.

8)Team receiving challenge is requested to paste the link of match in round no forum.
---------------------------------------------------------------
9)There won't be any further rounds until we get tie for points in Scores table,at the end of all 4 rounds depending on the position in table winner and runner will be decided
