Lots of factors will lead to a demotion. It is within a super admin's right(with the owner's permission) to demote ANYONE at ANYTIME. However, we will not demote you without perfectly good evidence e.g. inactivity
As rule 4 mentions, if you are inactive for a period of probably more than 20 days/are not helping the club out, you will be demoted!
This rule MUST be followed at ALL times! Warnings will not be given for this, a straight mute will be given. DO NOT BEG FOR A PROMOTION put simply! This means messaging a super admin for a promotion/ asking for it in the chat, forum, news, notes etc. 3 offences of this in total is a kick.
As rule 6 suggests, asking for a promotion is considered spamming. Spamming is also considered as advertising, random letter strings etc.

If you are making a vote chess game, we would prefer the name of the game in English.
When making a tournament, be sure to notify the club 3 HOURS PRIOR in the NOTES, NOT in the forum
Respect super admins and admins, they help the club run a lot behind the scenes, and if one mutes you/demotes you don't start cursing at them!
If you want to leave the club, leave. Don't make a big fuss in the notes
