Don't advertise without a permission from any super admin.

Don't cheat.

Don't promote anyone (only when he is very active).

Don't demote without permission of a super admin

Also demote when spamming (after muting for 24 hours) advertising without permission (after muting for 12 hours).

Don't kick anybody out (only when it's a cheater).
