Regarding 4 - Bongcloud games cannot used the regular rating system in which the objective is checkmate. However, games may be made unrated for Chess.com purposes and we have our own Bongcloud rating system.
This is a lot of work to keep up with ratings and so I suggest a simple ongoing ladder challenge to determine the order of rank. It is presumed all Bongcloud players (and then some) will be in this group and have access to the ladder challenge.

1. Draw by three-fold repetition!
2. Draw by 50-move rule! (if 50 moves are played with no captures and no pawn moves )

Following are the rules of bongcloud :
1. Player who mates his/her opponent lose the game!
2. To win a game, either of the players must bring the king to the back-rank! For white pieces, it is rank 8 and for black, rank 1!

4. Games must be unrated!
5. Each player will play 2 games against the same opponent! In case of a tie, players must switch colors until a tie is broken!
6. Use of bongcloud chess programs is not allowed!
