Well he was going to get BM which is his own chess title blunder master which everyone calls him so rakesh bhai was going to give him that but he wasn't maybe because there is no such title so he gave him just master and the samay just puts B in his profile to get his title BM

Master is an official USCF title.
Many people choose not to receive this specific title due to the fact that if you do have Master, you would be very close to either CM or NM, and many decide to wait a few extra days and play on for a bigger title.

@Arnavgadge It is not given by FIDE. It is given by chess.com itself. Also chess.com pays him for advertisement. What's your problem in that?
